Well, it's March 7th and nothing has happened in the world of real estate. I now have three people that want to buy the house but, of course, they can't find buyers for their own houses. Winter is coming to an end in about two weeks and our weather is getting better. It is about 60 degrees during the day and down into the mid 30s or 40s at night so things ought to begin growing again. I have daffodils up in a bunch of spots in the yard.
The house still looks good and I'm keeping it ready to show.I still have people going through almost every week and some are middle-of-the-week people so they must be serious buyers.
I will begin working out in the yard as things warm up a little. During the dead of winter nothing looks good.
