Holding Pattern

It has been about a month and a half since I signed the contingency contract with the buyers and there has been no movement on their house. I'm holding my tongue but I think they need a different agent and need to drop their price. I'm still marketing my house and I have some interest. I had one young couple that wanted to buy but they couldn't get a loan at less than 9% because of their student loans.  I'm having an "Open House" on Saturday...the day before Fathers' Day...and there won't be too many other houses open that weekend.
