Ta-Da!! Things are moving....

I'm happy to say that I have a buyer. Things are still up in the air but we signed a contingency contract this evening and I'm happy with the price. The buyers have to sell their home but they are actively trying to sell.  I will continue to market my house and there is a "kick out" clause that says that if I get an acceptable and non-contingency offer the current buyers have 24 hours to abandon the contingency and move forward with the purchase or give up the contract.

The market here is starting to wake up and some homes are beginning to move. I'm hoping that everything works out because I like the buyers. 

I've started packing. Watson isn't sure what is going on.

Yikes.  I might have to start packing. I have a second showing coming up on Thursday and I got a query from a loan rep at Hawthorn Bank on behalf of his (unnamed) clients. Watson needs to get his toys rounded up.
